Indigrow – Growth Through Innovation

Windsor Park

The use of wetting agents has increased over the last number of years as more research has led to a greater understand of dry patch. Wetting agents work in a number of different ways. Curative wetting agents are designed to be applied to existing hydrophobic conditions while preventative wetting agents are applied in spring and follow a programmed approach. Penetrant wetting agents work by opening up the soil profile to allow excessive water to drain away. On the back of this research, Indigrow has developed the Magnum range of wetting agents including Calibre and Magnum 44. A typical application of wetting agent would be 10-20 litres per hectare.
